I Think My System Is Compromised

We take security very seriously. If you think your system is compromised, please contact us immediately. We will run a security audit to ensure your system is safe for use.

What Is Our WiFi Password

Your WiFi password is printed in your JW IT Professionals’ manual. If you need help or cannot locate it, please give us a call and we’ll be happy to assist you.

I Cannot Access My E-Mail

If your company has self serve installed, please use that to reset your password. If you do not have self serve or you’re still experiencing issues please give us a call or open a support ticket.

Can I reset my passwords through text?

No. It is our policy to always speak to the person in need of a password reset. We do this for verification purposes. We will always call to ensure it is you requesting a password reset.

Should I Turn Off My Computer When I Leave?

Yes! If we plan on preforming updates, we will let you know beforehand. All servers do not get powered down. We often have the backups run over night on those and push updates to them. 

We Need A New User Set up

Not a problem. Depending on the type of system your office is running, this is normally a quick task for us to take care of. Give us a call, and we’ll get started right away!

The Printer Is Not Printing

Please try clearing the printer. Power it off and back on. If the problem presists, it would be our pleasure to connect in and solve the issue for you.
